At Shashy’s Cakes, we take extra care in preparing and delivering every order to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.


Order Processing


All cakes and desserts are made fresh to order. Preparation time may vary depending on the design, size, and customization requested.


Orders are only confirmed after:


  • Paying a 35% deposit from the total order amount.
  • Sending the payment screenshot through WhatsApp.


Delivery Information


Please make sure all delivery details including address, phone number, and preferred delivery time are accurate before confirming your order.


Delivery timing may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and order volume, but we always do our best to deliver on time.


Delivery Fees


Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be confirmed before order confirmation.


Pickup Orders


Customers choosing pickup are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed time. Delayed pickups may affect the quality or condition of the product.

Once the order has been delivered or picked up and accepted by the customer, Shashy’s Cakes is not responsible for any damages caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.
