Return Policy
At Shashy’s Cakes, every cake is freshly made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and customized, we kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before confirming.
Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed after paying a 35% deposit from the total order amount. A payment screenshot must be sent through WhatsApp to confirm the order and begin production.
Please make sure all details including design, flavor, size, date, and delivery information are correct before placing your order.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for partial refund or store credit.
- Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to preparation and material costs.
- Custom and fully personalized orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The order was damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was received.
- There is a quality issue directly related to the product.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and order details.
Design Disclaimer
Please note that all cakes are handmade, and slight variations in color, decoration, or finishing may occur. We do our best to match reference photos and requested designs as closely as possible.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for checking the cake upon pickup or delivery confirmation. Once the order is accepted, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.
