At Shashy’s Cakes, every order is freshly prepared with care and attention to detail. Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following policy.
Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed after paying a 35% deposit from the total order amount and sending the payment screenshot through WhatsApp.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may only be approved in the following cases:
- The wrong order was received.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- There is a confirmed quality issue with the product.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and order details.
Non-Refundable Orders
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Custom or personalized orders once production has started.
- Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- Minor differences in color, decoration, or design due to the handmade nature of our cakes.
- Damage caused after pickup or after delivery has been accepted.
Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within [7–14 business days].
